Susie has been in my life now for nearly 30 years.

When I first met her she was hugely successful an acclaimed presenter for Piccadilly Radio then the BBC Radio Manchester/GMR, but it was when she started running events and fund raising as creator of The Kirsty Appeal that I really saw her in action. I was amazed by her dynamism, her commitment and her imagination.

Everything she commits to she gives 100%, actually she does over and above what she needs to do because she is such a perfectionist, I marvel, even now, at her boundless energy and commitment.

For a while in London, she became my housekeeper, again, nothing was too much trouble. I was thrilled with how she looked after my home, my pets and myself. No one has ever come close.
